When calculating your package delivery time, consider the time required for credit approval, address verification, and order processing.

Once your order has shipped, we will email you a shipping confirmation with the tracking number.All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or store credit. WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS.

RETURNS

SANDLUX does not offer refunds, but a 60-day store credit will be issued for exchanges. To initiate a return or exchange process, it is necessary to contact the SANDLUX Customer Service team via email sandluxcollection@gmail.com, providing a number from order. 

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is the result of an error on the part of SANDLUXl, in which case the company will cover the shipping costs.  To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, in the same condition it was received with tags attached. This applies to all garments, which must be kept in the same condition in which they were delivered.

You can make the change in our stores  by presenting the invoice or the change ticket.
